FAQ's for the 2022 Awards Ceremony

When and where is the awards ceremony?
This years awards ceremony is being held in the Warrant Officer & Sergeants Mess at Dering Lines Barracks in Brecon on Fri 7th October. It is a Black Tie Dinner, guests will enjoy a 3 course meal before the awards ceremony.
Can I park somewhere ?
Yes there is parking available at the venue however please register your vehicle registration number with organisers 7 days prior to the event. Parking permits will be issued on the gate upon arrival.
Can I leave my car overnight ?
Cars may be left over night but will need to be collected on Sat 8th October. Parking permits will be issued on the gate upon arrival.
What is the menu on the night?
Starters - Goats Cheese & Red Onion Tart
Vegan Alt - Roasted red onion and pepper bruschetta topped with vegan cheese (Pre book)
Mains - Chicken Breast + Pancetta and Wild Mushroom Sauce, Caramelised Onion Mash & Leeks
Vegetarian Main Course - • Nut roast with a creamy leek sauce (Pre book)
Vegan - Vegan Quorn fillet with a soya, mushroom sauce (Pre book)
Dessert - Chocolate & coconut tart served with vegan vanilla pod ice cream
Tea & Coffee stations will be available, please help yourself.
I am a vegetarian will I be catered for?
Any special dietary requirements can be met however please ensure you contact the organisers to advise of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance by emailing requirements to info@mwmg.org
What time does the event start/ finish?
Please arrive for 7pm, the awards ceremony is scheduled to end at 11pm with bar & disco until 1am.

Please note it a cash bar only. No ATM on Camp.
