When and where is the awards ceremony?
This years awards ceremony is being held at Theatre Hafren, Newtown on Friday 20th October. It is a Black Tie Dinner, guests will enjoy a 3 course meal before the awards ceremony.
Can I park somewhere?
Yes there is free parking available at the venue.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Cars may be left over night but will need to be collected by Midday on Saturday 21st October.
What is the menu on the night?
Starters
Hot Smoked Salmon Salad Horseradish Dressing
Mains
Slow Roast Welsh Beef Brisket, Steamed Red Onion Roly Poly, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Tenderstem Broccoli, Sauteed Cabbage, Red Wine Sauce
Desserts
Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream
Tea/ Coffee Stations
I am a vegetarian will I be catered for?
Any special dietary requirements can be met however please ensure you contact the organisers to advise of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance by emailing requirements to info@mwmg.org
What time does the event start/ finish?
Please arrive for a 6.45pm drinks reception, with the event starting at 7.15pm. The awards ceremony is scheduled to end at 11.30pm, with carriages at 12.30am.
